On Friday, we joined organisations across the UK to mark Employability Day 2025, coordinated by Employment Related Services Association (ERSA). This year’s theme, ‘Inactivity to Opportunity to Good Work’, perfectly reflects the work we do every day across our offices and programmes.

From job starts and employer partnerships to powerful workshops and prison outreach, our teams pulled out all the stops to support people into work, learning, and new opportunities.

Here’s a snapshot of what we achieved in 24 hours…

✅ Supported over 200 individuals in submitting job applications.
✅ Welcomed support from MP Patrick Hurley in our Southport office to see the Restart Scheme in action and meet participants of the programme.
✅ Job fair collaboration with Fedcap and a visit from Mayor in Burnley, who shared inspiring words about the incredible support available in the community.
✅ Arranged 27 interviews with local employers and achieved 14 confirmed job offers.
✅ Ran a whole host of employability workshops for over 150 customers and colleagues across all our offices and programmes.
