We’re seeking Employment Advisors to join our friendly, dedicated team. We have opportunities across the country and are continually expanding our geographical reach. Become part of our journey and help people Get Set for a better tomorrow.
Salary:
Starting salary £28,500 (£26,500 – £27,000 outside London)
Opportunity to increase to £30,000 (£27,500 outside London) after successful probation.
1 year+ tenure salary potential £31,500 – £34,000 (£29,000 – £32,000 outside London) plus further role opportunities
Opportunities: full-time, permanent, across the UK
Join the Get Set UK team
A typical day.
Morning: Review people’s caseloads, update their records, and prepare for meeting today’s customers.
Midday: Conduct one-on-one sessions which typically will include helping customers develop their CV, supporting and advising on job applications, and helping prepare them for interviews.
Afternoon: Network with local employers, attend training sessions, and support customers in a variety of workshops.
