Get Set goes beyond the traditional ‘fill a vacancy’ approach. Every year we support and help upskill thousands of people. Many have great skills already and we’re giving them a helping hand to overcome barriers they are facing so that they can step seamlessly into new positions in businesses like yours.

We specialise in Skills Bootcamps, apprenticeships and funded-training for both employed and unemployed people. We have training programmes designed to meet the needs of employees across a range of different industries. We work with big and small businesses, from Harvey Nichols to SMEs. Each with their own unique needs, we tailor our training to each business. Areas we cover include Digital Marketing, Management, Content Creation, HR, Recruitment, Customer Service, Business, Team Leading and Learning & Development.

I’m a business or school looking for career strategy advice.
We work with many different partners to bring services together, for your convenience. The National Careers Service (NCS) offers free information, advice and guidance to anyone seeking support (over the age of 13). We also offer new services through Talentino, an innovative careers support service offered to mainstream schools, SEN schools and FE colleges.
Talentino’s unique specialist SEND programmes provide young people with the support they need to develop their early careers effectively.
