Skills for Work is a free training programme, for 19+ year olds, funded by the
Adult Skills Fund (ASF).
The programme provides training courses for Londoners aged 19+ who are looking to kickstart their career or boost their skills in their current role.
Courses are 100% Government-funded and cover Customer Service & Hospitality, Digital Skills, Web Design, Teaching Assistant, Health & Social Care, Creative Skills, Building & Construction, Maths and English Functional Skills and ESOL Speaking and Listening Skills.

These free courses will help you develop practical skills that are needed in everyday life. These courses can be delivered face-to-face or online.
ESOL >
Our free ESOL course will help improve your English language and listening skills and enable to you to become more confident in your use of English. This course is delivered face-to-face.
Basic Digital Skills >
This free course is designed to support you to become confident with computers, online content and using software. This course is delivered face-to-face.

With a focus on growing industry sectors, we have Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 courses available to progress career development in Health and Social Care, Teaching and Digital Skills including Coding and Web Design.

Health & Social Care >
Get Set UK has been delivering employability and skills training across the UK for 20 years, successfully delivering ESF Skills Support for the Unemployed and employed, the Restart Scheme, Skills Bootcamps, and apprenticeships programmes.
All courses are delivered by qualified tutors either in person or online. Face-to-face training courses are delivered in one of our local Skills Centres during family-friendly hours.
Online training is delivered through a combination of online workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions combined with self-paced learning through the Learning Curve Portal.
