The Navigator Service.
Finding the time and resources to improve health and wellbeing in the workplace can be challenging and that’s where we can help! Our Good Health @Work Navigators work with SMEs to identify what they are already doing well, highlight areas that need improvement and direct them to resources and training.
SMEs progressing through the self-assessment framework transition from receiving support to becoming supporters themselves – our Ambassadors. Supporting others on their workplace health journey while networking and sharing best practices with fellow leaders.
