Get Set UK was Thomas’s vision back in 2009. After navigating life-changing heart surgery at 18, recovery on a sickness benefit and the fragile nature of confidence and self-worth, led him to form a business designed to help support and guide people with similar challenges.

Thomas is a dedicated husband and father to three young boys, who are his constant source of joy and inspiration.

Jaies has over 17 years of senior management expertise in the People Services arena and, over the past 7 years, has helped to transform Get Set UK into a national provider. His focus has been on building ambitious, results-driven teams, underpinned by exceptional service to learners and participants.

Jaies’s passion is developing those around him and transforming the communities he works within. In his personal life, Jaies is family-oriented, as a father of two young boys who keep him grounded and on his toes.

Over the past 5 years, Cat’s focus has been on supporting Get Set UK’s growth and developing our standards and processes, including ISO and other industry-recognised accreditations.

Cat has spent 27 years in private, public and third-sector organisations, and driven significant high-value contract wins.

Cat’s hobbies include American cars, chocolate making and long walks.
