Get Set for workplace inclusion.
We have experience in creating unique inclusion programmes that can be tailored to support your business needs. Get Set for Work is an inclusive support service that Get Set UK delivers on behalf of Essex County Council in partnership with ECL Inclusive Employment. The Get Set for Work programme focuses on three key services:
1. Support for businesses who are looking to create a more inclusive workplace and support employees with learning disabilities and/or neurodiverse needs.
2. Support for adults with a learning disability and/or neurodiverse needs who are struggling at work and are at risk of losing or considering leaving their current job.
3. Support for adults with a learning disability and/or neurodiverse needs who are considering moving into paid employment and may be hesitant and feel that there may be barriers that stop them from taking a job.
