In support of #RefugeeWeek2025 and this year’s theme, ‘Community as a Superpower’, we’re proud to share the lasting impact of the Refugee Employability Programme.

Our Refugee Employability Programme has helped refugees overcome barriers, build essential skills, and take confident steps into employment and community life.

Funded by the UK Home Office and delivered by Get Set UK in East of England in Bedfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk, with our trusted partner Reed in Partnership, delivering the programme in Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, REP has transformed lives.

From supporting those facing homelessness to helping people overcome language barriers and feel a sense of belonging, this programme is a reminder of what communities can achieve when we come together.

As REP comes to a close in June 2025, we’re celebrating the resilience of every participant and the power of support, connection and opportunity.
