Get Set for mental health and wellbeing support that leads to employment.

Being out of work for a long period can be challenging, and it can have an impact on your health and wellbeing. The Central London Works – Work and Health Programme, delivered by Get Set UK on behalf of partners Ingeus, supports people who are managing a long-term health condition, a disability or who have been unemployed for over two years with employment, health and wellbeing support tailored to meet their personal needs and circumstances.

A participant came to Get Set UK after spending more than five years out of work caring for a chronically ill family member. This participant was left isolated and deeply affected by grief after their loved one passed away. With no support network and struggling with substance abuse, their mental health rapidly declined. They faced significant challenges, both emotionally and physically.
