Lucianne’s success story.

Lucianne Flavell, aged 40, was referred to the Restart Scheme that we run on behalf of our partner Fedcap in our Crawley office by her local Job Centre. Lucianne had been unemployed for over a year and was struggling with depression and panic attacks. Her Employment Advisor, Elizabeth Johnson discussed various options with Lucianne and encouraged her to attend networking sessions and job fairs as well as referring her to the Wellness Group to support her with her health and wellbeing.

While staying committed and motivated to get back into employment, Lucianne decided that she wanted to become self-employed so Elizabeth referred her to Momentic for self-employment support. Lucianne attended multiple webinars, job networking sessions and interview technique sessions to keep progressing towards improving her skills and reaching her goals. Lucianne is now successfully self-employed running her own business.
