Every day, our teams help guide people towards a better tomorrow. Helping people find and stay in work, boosting their employability skills and supporting them with their health and wellbeing is our daily focus. Because of this, we put a strong emphasis on how we speak, write and communicate with people, throughout our business and beyond.

Last week we launched our Every Word Matters Guide to our management team. Over the next month we will be rolling this guide out to all employees because great communication is more than just speaking, it’s also about listening to people to understand their needs and picking up on non-verbal cues to be able to provide the help that is needed.
