In partnership with Suffolk County Council, the Good Health @Work programme supports employers to build healthier, more resilient workplaces by focusing on six key areas: workplace culture, communication, employee engagement, physical health, mental wellbeing, and environmental sustainability.

When Sam Donovan from BNA IT Solutions joined the programme, he wanted to deepen his understanding of key workplace wellbeing topics from mental health and wellbeing to creating a positive, supportive culture.
