Get Set for boosting skills and finding employment with the Refugee Employability Programme

Our Refugee Employability Programme (REP) supports refugees in building skills, finding employment, and settling into their local communities. Each participant was matched with a dedicated Case Manager who tailored support to their individual needs, helping them upskill, integrate, and secure meaningful work.

By empowering participants to become self-sufficient, we’re proud to have helped people move towards employment, financial independence, and active contribution to life in the UK.
