Fatima’s success story.

Fatima Jaffari, 36, joined the Refugee Employability Programme to pursue her dream of working in the beauty industry. Although passionate about beauty, Fatima lacked the confidence and resources to take the first step.

Her Case Manager, Wasim Durrani, created a tailored plan focusing on CV building, interview preparation, and job search support. He also helped Fatima enrol in a ‘Digital Promotion for Business & Makeup Training’ course to strengthen her beauty skills and learn how to promote herself online.

With Wasim’s guidance and her own determination, Fatima gradually built her confidence and became ready to search for her first role.
