Through the Employer Brokerage service, we will work alongside local employers to create more accessible opportunities for Work Wise participants. The Brokerage will act as ‘one front door’ for employers to provide a streamlined and consistent approach to every individual we work with.

The Brokerage will ensure employers are ready to support Work Wise participants through continuous learning and development, peer-to-peer support, and championing equality and diversity in the workplace. Through this, we will open up a wide range of employment opportunities for all Work Wise individuals to access.

Get Set UK will offer a one-stop-shop for employers, providing services including expert advice, guidance and support, policy and procedure updates such as recruitment and other employment processes, development of employee/management competencies and workplace culture, access to and awareness of available funding, external accreditations like Disability Confident, and support to openly discuss inclusive employment with people with lived experience of disability.
