🔹 Teaching Assistant Skills Bootcamp – delivered in partnership with West Sussex County Council, this 8-week Skills Bootcamp provides the knowledge and skills to support children and young people in schools. Learners will gain experience in child development, safeguarding, equality and diversity, and professional relationships, preparing them for real classroom roles.
🔹 Hospitality Skills Bootcamp – delivered in partnership with the Solent Growth Partnership, this 3-week Skills Bootcamp builds confidence and practical skills for customer-facing roles in hotels, restaurants, cafes and events. Learners will develop excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills to thrive in one of the region’s fastest-growing sectors.
Launching from 1st August, these fully-funded Skills Bootcamps include sector-specific training alongside employability support such as CV building, interview preparation and confidence coaching, all leading to a guaranteed job interview on completion.
