& Warehouse Ops Supervisor.

This Apprenticeship prepares you to lead day-to-day supply chain operations, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. You’ll specialise in transport or warehouse supervision, working with internal teams, external partners, and regulators to deliver safe, efficient, and professional logistics services.

Duration: Up to 15 months + 3 month assessment period

What Skill Will I Gain?

As an apprentice, you’ll develop your skills through a mix of online workshops and personalised one-to-one support with a Get Set UK Learning Development Mentor and specialist trainers, covering:

  • Internal and external audit procedures related to environmental impact, health, safety, wellbeing, and regulatory compliance.

  • Regulatory requirements demonstrating a commitment to development, proactive planning, and regulatory awareness.

  • Efficient operation of transport centres or warehouses by utilising IT systems and promoting productivity.

  • Customer service principles and professionalism, reliability, and customer-focused attitude.

  • Effective communication techniques, daily briefings and debriefings to team members.

  • Recruitment processes, staff allocation, and right to work entitlement.

What to Expect from
Your Employer.

Your employer must give you the chance to regularly put your learning into practice to help you build real workplace experience and develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours you need to complete your Apprenticeship.

You will be supported with:

  • Delivering great service to internal and external customers, following contracts and processes.

  • Following audit procedures to meet health, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Planning training for operatives, ensuring compliance and development.

  • Keeping warehouse or operations running smoothly using IT systems.

  • Overseeing employee performance, recruitment, and right-to-work checks.

  • Leading daily team briefings to share updates and guidance.

Completing Your Apprenticeship.

Every Apprenticeship ends with an End Point Assessment (EPA). This is your chance to show everything you’ve learned, the knowledge, skills, and behaviours you’ve built throughout your training. The EPA is carried out by an independent assessor and may include practical tasks, written tests, or an interview, depending on your Apprenticeship. Successfully passing your EPA proves your competence and earns you a recognised qualification, setting you up for the next stage in your career.
