What was Devane’s situation?

Devane came to our Camberwell office as he had been out of work for 6 months, he was struggling with his mental health and his lack of confidence was impacting his job search. To boost his employability skills and support Devane in finding a job his Employment Advisor recommended he enrol on a free Skills for Work Customer Service course, delivered by our skills and training arm. With the new skills he acquired from the course and improved confidence, Devane attended a job interview and secured himself a full-time position.
