Get Set for Work supports Pragmatix Advisory on their journey to become a Disability Confident organisation.

What was the situation?

Our Get Set for Work team collaborates with The Better Health Generation to deliver webinars to support leaders and managers with a better understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace, and how to support their employees and embrace their diverse workforce.

These webinars focus on strategies for fostering an inclusive environment, the strengths of neurodivergent individuals and the importance of embracing diversity, driving innovation, and leading with empathy.

Rebecca Munro, from Pragmatix Advisory, attended one of our webinars to build her knowledge and skills to become more confident in leading neurodiverse employees. Previous managers at Pragmatix had no official training on how to support people with disabilities and/or neurodiverse needs even though they regularly hired employees who needed support and adjustments to their work life.
