Our Get Set UK programmes are designed to make a real difference in your life. We believe everyone should be able to fulfil their potential, find rewarding work and move their life forward whatever their circumstances.

Whether you are looking to overcome barriers you are facing which may be preventing you from finding work, help with managing a health concern or disability, learn new skills to boost your employability or simply advice and guidance on the first steps in your journey to employment, we have a wide range of government-funded programmes and community schemes that can help you.

  • Restart Scheme

    Who is it for? People who have been unemployed for 24 months and receive Universal Credit or Income Based Jobseekers Allowance and need support to overcome employment barriers.

    What support will I receive? 1:1 support, a personalised action plan, advice on money, housing etc and access to skills training and job opportunities.

    Who is it for? Unemployed Londoners aged 19+ or those earning below the London Living wage, looking to kickstart their career/boost their skills.

    What support will I receive? Access to free government-funded training courses, support from a qualified tutor, an accredited qualification & guaranteed interview on course completion.

  • Skills Bootcamps

    Who is it for? Adults 19+, living in West Sussex or Solent and unemployed and actively seeking work.

    What support will I receive? Our Skills Bootcamps are designed to give you the qualifications, experience and employer connections to move forward with confidence

    Who is it for? Adults with a learning disability and/or neurodiverse needs.

    What support will I receive? Support and guidance on workplace inclusion for you and your family/carer to help you back into work or if feel like you are at risk of losing your job, considering leaving your job or struggling in your role due to barriers in the workplace.

    Who is it for? Prisoners looking to start fresh or work towards gaining their career prospects upon release.

    What support will I receive? Prisoners receive personalised career advice and guidance that aligns with their unique strengths, experiences, and future goals.

    Who is it for? Organisations in Suffolk .

    What support will I receive? Good Health @Work supports, recognises, and celebrates organisations across Suffolk. Find practical tools, advice, legislation and evidence based strategies to help you support your employee’s health and wellbeing.

  • Right Step into Work

    Who is it for? Residents in temporary housing and are currently unemployed, or working less than 16 hours a week.

    What support will I receive?  A dedicated employment specialist will provide you with one-to-one support and create a personalised plan to help you back into work and find long-term housing.

    Who is it for? People who are long-term unemployed or have health conditions and disabilities.

    What support will I receive? Specific community-based employment, health and wellbeing guidance and support tailored to your personal needs and circumstances to develop your skills, help you secure a job and advance in your career.

  • Work and Health Programme – Central London Works

    Who is it for? Unemployed people with health conditions and disabilities.

    What support will I receive? Guidance and support to help you find work, support with skills development, mental health and wellbeing and housing services.

  • Local London Work and Health Programme Pioneer

    Who is it for? Unemployed people who are not currently required to search for work as part of Universal Credit or JSA.

    What support will I receive? Tailored 1:1 support, a 4-week accelerator plan, health & wellbeing support, support with financial concerns, CV review, interview prep and access to training courses and local jobs.

  • Work Wise

    Who is it for? People aged 16+ with a mental or physical health condition, learning disability and/or neurodiverse needs, living in Surrey.

    What support will I receive? You will be matched to a dedicated Employment Specialist who will work with you to identify your skills, help you find work, and support you to stay in the job.
