  • Insights and guidance from an experienced recruiter on achieving KPI’s, sales and building rapport.

  • Methods and techniques of sourcing and assessing candidates to meet stakeholder requirements.

  • Advising and informing candidates on their job search performance and providing feedback.

  • Key influences on the recruitment market and advising stakeholders on market trends.

What to Expect from
Your Employer.

Your employer must give you the chance to regularly put your learning into practice to help you build real workplace experience and develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours you need to complete your Apprenticeship.

You will be supported with:

  • Creating profiles and CVs to share with hiring managers.

  • Working with stakeholders to create job descriptions.

  • Facilitating feedback, selection, and onboarding.

  • Creating job adverts and promoting vacancies.

  • Identifying and contacting potential candidates.

  • Managing recruitment systems and data.

  • Contributing to the resource strategy.

Completing Your Apprenticeship.

Every Apprenticeship ends with an End Point Assessment (EPA). This is your chance to show everything you’ve learned, the knowledge, skills, and behaviours you’ve built throughout your training. The EPA is carried out by an independent assessor and may include practical tasks, written tests, or an interview, depending on your Apprenticeship. Successfully passing your EPA proves your competence and earns you a recognised qualification, setting you up for the next stage in your career.
