Ready to start a career in early years?

Interested in a rewarding role supporting babies and young children to learn and grow? The Early Years Skills Bootcamp is a fully funded, 3 week programme designed to help you build the knowledge, confidence and practical understanding needed to start or progress in early years and childcare. You’ll learn about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), child development, safeguarding and inclusive practice, giving you the foundations to support children safely and effectively in a professional setting.

Delivered 5 days a week, from 9:30am to 3:00pm, this course is family-friendly and delivered online, making it easier to fit around school drop-offs and pick-ups.

You’ll complete accredited learning aligned to Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years content, gain Paediatric First Aid, Level 2 Food Safety and Allergen Awareness and Control qualifications, and receive personalised support with your CV, interview preparation and job applications, including a guaranteed job interview.

Get Set UK are delivering Early Years Skills Bootcamps on behalf of Hampshire County Council, funded by the Department for Education (DfE).

Designed around the needs of early years settings, the programme equips learners with practical, sector-specific skills and a clear pathway into employment, including a guaranteed job interview for unemployed participants, while supporting employers in accessing confident, job-ready early years talent.
