The Customer Service Assistants Skills Bootcamp is a fully-funded, 3 week programme designed to help you deliver brilliant service with confidence. You’ll learn how to understand customer needs, communicate professionally, handle complaints effectively and represent your organisation in a way that builds trust and a strong reputation.
Delivered 5 days a week, from 9:30am to 3:00pm, this course is family-friendly and can be delivered either face-to-face in our Havant office or online.
You’ll gain a City & Guilds Level 2 Award in Customer Service, be guaranteed a job interview and receive personalised support with your CV, interview prep and job applications. You can also add extra certifications in Health, Safety and Welfare, Slips and Trips awareness, Level 2 Food Safety and Allergen Awareness and Control, with clear progression routes into a Level 2 or Level 3 apprenticeship.
