Living with a mental health condition doesn’t mean giving up on work. Through IPS Work Your Way, participants receive tailored support to explore the type of job they want, apply for secure paid roles, get clear advice on earnings and benefits, and access ongoing in-work support, all while working closely with their mental health team to move forward with confidence.
