What will the apprentice be doing?
- Call Handling PA/Receptionist Proposed list of duties: “Ruby” answers incoming calls on behalf of her clients and handles them in one of the following ways:
- Provides the information the caller wants and then passes on the details to her client
- Puts the caller through to the relevant contact
- Takes a comprehensive message which is forwarded via email, phone or SMS
- Accesses online diary systems to book and amend appointments
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will achieve the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship.
- There are workshops that you need to attend via Teams.
- You will have a mentor who will support you on a one to one basis.
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
