Working Week: Monday – Friday

Are you professional, confident and motivated? My Ruby have a fantastic opportunity to join the team of virtual PA’s at their Colchester office.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Call Handling PA/Receptionist Proposed list of duties: “Ruby” answers incoming calls on behalf of her clients and handles them in one of the following ways:
  • Provides the information the caller wants and then passes on the details to her client
  • Puts the caller through to the relevant contact
  • Takes a comprehensive message which is forwarded via email, phone or SMS
  • Accesses online diary systems to book and amend appointments

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will achieve the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship.
  • There are workshops that you need to attend via Teams.
  • You will have a mentor who will support you on a one to one basis.
  • In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
