We’re proud to announce that we’ve been awarded a Skills for Life & Work contract in Northern Ireland, delivering from our new base in Belfast.

From October 2025, our Skills for Life & Work provision will deliver an empowering vocational education and training experience that equips eligible young people for sustained progression into higher levels of learning or into employment, according to their own aspirations.

During their time on the programme, participants will gain qualifications in their chosen vocational area, as well as in Essential Skills, Personal and Social Development, and Employability.

Participants can choose from a range of vocational areas:

• Administration & Management
• Creative
• IT & ICT
• Retail & Customer Care
• Or a broad-based pathway combining elements from multiple strands

By blending qualifications with hands-on experience and meaningful world of work activities, we’ll help young people gain the skills, confidence, and connections they need for the future they want.
