We’re proud to announce that Get Set UK has secured a new contract to deliver 𝗔𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 across North Hampshire.

Funded by Hampshire County Council, this programme will support local residents aged 19+ to take their first steps into the construction sector, building the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to move into employment.

Launching in 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the programme will deliver a series of short, intensive 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀 designed to be practical, accessible and focused on real job outcomes.

Learners will benefit from:
🔹 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆-𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴
Gain a Level 1 Health & Safety within a Construction Environment qualification and essential knowledge to work safely on site
🔹 𝗔 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀
Support to complete the CSCS test and obtain a Green Card, helping unlock entry-level job opportunities
🔹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
Employability support including CV guidance, job applications and preparation for local vacancies
🔹 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁
Supporting unemployed residents and individuals at risk of redundancy across the North Hampshire area

Delivered through classroom-based training in locations including 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗸𝗲, 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗻, the programme combines technical learning with practical progression support to help learners move into sustainable employment.
