The government has strengthened financial incentives through the youth guarantee, making it even more attractive to recruit and develop young talent.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄:
✔ Up to £3,000 available for hiring eligible 18–24 year olds
✔ £1,000 incentive for hiring apprentices aged 16–18
✔ £2,000 available for SMEs hiring apprentices aged 16–24
✔ £2,000 available for employers hiring foundation apprentices aged 16–21
✔ No employer NICs for employees under 21 or apprentices under 25
✔ Fully subsidised roles available through Jobs Guarantee schemes
