We’re proud to be delivering the Connect to Work programme, commissioned by Central London Forward, funded by the UK Government and delivered in partnership with Seetec. The programme is supporting residents aged 18+ across all 12 central London boroughs, helping people overcome barriers to employment and achieve lasting employment outcomes. As part of this wider programme, Get Set UK is delivering services in Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and will continue supporting local residents over the next two years to find, secure and sustain paid employment.

This Supported Employment programme offers personalised job support designed around each individual’s goals and circumstances, helping people with disabilities, health conditions and other complex barriers move closer to, enter and sustain employment, from building confidence and updating CVs, to preparing for interviews and connecting with local employers.

Support is delivered through recognised Supported Employment approaches, including Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF). Whether someone is taking their first steps into employment, returning after time away from work, or needs ongoing help to stay in a role, our teams provide consistent one-to-one support.
