Get Set UK has announced that it is joining Palladium’s Employment and Community Services team in the UK, bringing together two organisations with a shared purpose: creating stronger pathways into work, skills and opportunity by putting people first.
For more than 15 years, Get Set UK has delivered government-funded programmes and community-based services that support people to build confidence, gain skills and move into sustainable employment.
Through strong local relationships with employers, commissioners and partners, the organisation has built a reputation for tailored, person-centred support that recognises every journey is different.
By coming together, Get Set UK and Palladium will be better positioned to deliver more connected support across employment, skills, health and wellbeing – reflecting how these challenges are experienced in real life.
Palladium brings experience in delivering complex public service programmes in the UK and internationally, alongside the governance, operational capability and long-term investment needed to support sustainable delivery.
Combined with Get Set UK’s frontline expertise and trusted local relationships, this creates a stronger platform to deliver consistent, high-quality support across communities.
Together we will continue to work closely with local employers, specialist partners and community organisations to ensure our services remain responsive to local need.
Thomas Harley, Get Set UK CEO said:
“This is about strengthening what already works. By bringing together Get Set UK’s strong frontline delivery with Palladium’s governance and operational capability, we are better placed to respond to growing demand – supporting more people, more effectively, and creating more joined-up pathways into work and skills.”
Sinéad Magill, Palladium CEO said:
“We’ve found in Get Set UK a team that shares our values. This partnership builds on the strong foundation Palladium have laid in the UK and reflects the commitment of our teams and all the impact they’ve made in communities across the UK.
“Even when the focus is employment, much of the work centres on helping people rebuild stability, confidence and independence. That’s something both teams understand deeply and is reflected in how frontline practitioners work with participants”.
The announcement comes at a time of increasing complexity across the labour market. Employers are navigating skills shortages and changing workforce needs, while more people are facing overlapping barriers to employment, including health conditions, caring responsibilities and disrupted career journeys.
Demand is growing for services that are more joined-up and responsive to these realities.
Both organisations deliver the UK Government’s employability programmes in different regions. Since 2021, Palladium has delivered the programme across South Central England, while Get Set UK has led delivery across Greater London, the South East, and the North West. Together, the combined team will be able to reach more people, strengthen delivery across regions, and remain responsive to individual and local needs.
That shared experience reflects a common focus on practical, outcomes-led support that works at a local level.
Together, Get Set UK and Palladium will create a more integrated employment services offer – combining strong frontline delivery with the capability to support high-quality, locally responsive services across regions.
For both organisations, continuity for the people, partners and communities they support remains a priority. Services will continue as normal, with people-first delivery at the heart of the approach.
Over time, the move will create opportunities for closer collaboration, shared learning and investment in systems and capabilities that strengthen delivery – including enhanced employer engagement, more integrated support models and greater resilience across programmes.
This marks a practical step towards more connected, effective employment services – building on what already works and taking it further.
