Right now we are looking for an Outreach Worker to join our team.
We’re seeking a compassionate Outreach Worker to support individuals with learning disabilities and neurodiverse conditions and help them get set for work. Make a real difference by helping adults overcome employment barriers and thrive in their careers.

Location: Extensive travel throughout North Essex for in-person consultations
YOUR IMPACT:
- Identify and support adults struggling to remain in employment due to learning disabilities or neurodiverse conditions.
- Develop personalised action plans and strategies to address employment barriers.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, advocating for inclusive practices and reasonable adjustments.
- Provide high-quality, tailored advice to individuals and their families on navigating the benefits system and understanding employment rights.
- Foster confidence and independence in adults, supporting their journey to and within employment.
WHO WE SEEK:
- Valid driving license and access to a car; ready to inspire across the region.
- Level 3 Supported Employment Practitioner qualification or equivalent; or commitment to achieve under our guidance.
- Proven experience or a strong desire to support neurodiverse individuals and those with learning disabilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
- Superior interpersonal skills, able to foster trust and collaboration.
- Knowledge of employment law, equalities legislation, and inclusive practices.
- A positive, energetic approach, matched with a drive to make a difference.
