You’ll take on the rewarding challenge of managing a caseload of 20 to 25 individuals, aiding them in navigating the hurdles to secure and sustain gainful employment. Employing the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, you will deliver bespoke advice and build strategic partnerships with local businesses, ensuring our clients transition smoothly into meaningful employment. You’ll become an integral part of their recovery journey, advocating for improved health and wellbeing, all while embedded within the heart of primary care, community teams, and the broader network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empower clients with personalised, practical support tailored to their employment aspirations.
- Forge solid connections with local employers to uncover both visible and hidden job opportunities.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping and compliance through our CRM systems, upholding our standard of service excellence.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and job centres to cultivate a strong referral network, enhancing client pathways to employment.
- Advocate for our clients in the workplace, supporting them and their employers to navigate the return-to-work process successfully.
