Hours: 30 hours a week
Working week: Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm
As part of your role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various teaching positions around the world. You will be supported throughout your training and guided to help find the ideal candidate for various positions in Dubai, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, China and many more countries around the world.
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Identify and source potential candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking
- Review job descriptions focusing on qualifications and requirements to find the right candidate
- Screen candidates’ resumes and qualifications to determine their suitability for open positions
- Conduct phone screening with candidate to assess their fit for the role
- Conduct phone interviews/online video call with candidates to assess their fit for the role
- Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and track candidate activity
- Provide administrative support to the
- Recruitment Manager and other members of the HR team
- Attend meetings when needed
- Be prompt and adhere to work hours
- Have a sense of urgency to prioritise your work
- Be well organised
- Be competent to hit company deadlines and targets
- Provide general admin support to the
- Senior Consultants
- Answer general phone enquiries
- Support the sales process
- Carry out candidate vetting and understand its importance in day-to-day resourcing
- Create job adverts
- Follow up with the candidate to ensure they are prepared post offer and need any other assistance before they start employment
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will achieve the Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship Standard
- You will have a mentor for one to one teaching and learning
- On-site training will be given to support specifics of the role
