What will the apprentice be doing?
- Researching and resolving issues and exceptions
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Finding, creating, and maintaining customer accounts
- Communicating regularly with clients and addressing their concerns
- Keeping track of transactions and payments
- Office Admin tasks, including post, stationery control, Ad Hoc.
- Invoice processing
- Processing expense requests
- Credit control
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers.
- Bank reconciliation
- Raising sales invoices
- Consulting with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Basic administration
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will achieve the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard
- There are workshops that you will need to attend via Zoom
- You will have a mentor who will work with you on a one to one basis
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role
