Ductu Portal has joined the Get Set UK group, strengthening our work with young people and employers across the UK.

Ductu connects SEND and disadvantaged young people with employers, helping schools and businesses come together to provide meaningful insight into the world of work. Over the past year, the team supported more than 𝟰,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, bringing a strong track record in youth-focused delivery into the group.

Ductu combines human impact with proprietary technology, automating what has traditionally been a manual, time-intensive process. This enables schools, Careers Hubs and employers to create high-quality workplace experiences efficiently and at scale.

By removing the need for brokers or intermediaries, Ductu’s technology allows schools to search for local opportunities with trusted employers and book these directly through the platform. The result is greater efficiency, improved access and 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 at scale.

Ductu is already a trusted partner of Talentino! Ltd!, supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to access meaningful exposure to the world of work. Bringing Ductu into the group strengthens this collaboration and enables a more joined-up pathway from inclusive careers education through to real employer experience.

This acquisition comes at a critical time, as national policy and funding place increasing emphasis on work placements, employer engagement and early career opportunities, including initiatives linked to the Youth Guarantee.

Ductu also brings a strong national employer network, working with 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟱𝟲𝟬 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀, including McDonald’s’s, the NHS, Royal Mail, Bayer, EDF (UK) & Transport for London, supported by senior-level relationships. These partnerships create clearer progression routes for participants and learners.
