We welcomed several groups of eager participants, across three of our London sites, all ready to start their journey towards a Customer Service role and gaining a City & Guilds employer recognised certificate with the goal of boosting their employability and skills to help them gain a job in the Hospitality and Customer Service Industry.

This Customer Service course proved really popular with our London learners and was focused on giving them a solid understanding of effective processes, practical ways in how to manage conflict, general problem-solving skills and also offered guidance on the important qualities required to be successful in this sector.
