You’ll support in all areas of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to supporting client projects.
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Write and post job adverts.
- Screen and short list candidate applications from our website, social media accounts and approved job boards.
- Communicate with candidates across all teams.
- Assist Consultants with candidate lead generation, client research and admin tasks.
- Learn the full recruitment process from start to finish.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will achieve the Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship.
- There are workshops that you need to attend via Teams.
- You will have a mentor who will support you on a one to one basis.
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
