We are a growing organisation within the Car Parts Industry and Classic Car Sales. We are currently looking to hire an apprentice for an office based position. You will learn all aspects of the business from orders to delivery.
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Answering customer queries and supplier queries via phone/email. Daily running of customer queries and working along side the sales team/purchase to help meet all our customers needs.
- Booking in courier collections from customers for returns.
- Processing refunds/credits to customers when needed. (Cancelled orders/parts, returns)
- Checking shipping details from Suppliers, and booking in supplier order collections.
- Dealing with courier claims and day to day problems with the couriers we work with (DPD, DHL, FEDEX, UPS ETC)
- Checking shipping prices on customers’ orders and booking in collections with independent courier to send out if necessary.
- Answering customer queries via phone/email about shipping prices and quotes and transferring to the relevant departments if needed.
- Dealing with Import Duty and VAT on the
- Purchase ledger
- Organisation / filing of invoices (if needed)
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will achieve the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard.
- There are workshops you will need to attend via Teams/Zoom.
- You will have a mentor for one to one teaching and learning.
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
