Gower Dawes are looking for a Customer Service/Administrator . Your job role will involve interacting with potential clients. You will learn how to become a negotiator, learning all aspects of the business.
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Interacting with potential clients.
- Dealing with client queries via the telephone and email.
- Some reception cover when required.
- Filing.
- Data Entry.
- Arranging viewings.
- Using the in house system at Gower Dawes
- Supporting all staff with the general administration duties throughout the office
- You will learn all aspects of the business.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will achieve your Level 2 Customer Service Pratitioner Apprenticeship.
- There are workshops that you will need to attend.
- You will have a Mentor for one-to-one teaching and learning.
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
