Gower Dawes are looking for a Customer Service/Administrator . Your job role will involve interacting with potential clients. You will learn how to become a negotiator, learning all aspects of the business.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Interacting with potential clients.
  • Dealing with client queries via the telephone and email.
  • Some reception cover when required.
  • Filing.
  • Data Entry.
  • Arranging viewings.
  • Using the in house system at Gower Dawes
  • Supporting all staff with the general administration duties throughout the office
  • You will learn all aspects of the business.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will achieve your Level 2 Customer Service Pratitioner Apprenticeship.
  • There are workshops that you will need to attend.
  • You will have a Mentor for one-to-one teaching and learning.
  • In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
