Annual Wage: £10,982

Hours: 40 hours a week

Working Week: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

With such a varied role your property journey will be exciting & progressive.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • General administration
  • Letting & management of residential and commercial properties
  • Overseeing construction sites with ARH property manager
  • Company diary management
  • Answering and making phone calls to book viewings for prospective tenants
  • Liaising with building control
  • Dealing with company software such as
  • Open Rent, Rent Guard & Rightmove etc.
  • Dealing with property management compliance
  • Viewings
  • Carrying checkout & check-in for tenants

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will achieve your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
  • There are workshops that you will need to attend, remotely via Teams/Zoom.
  • You will have a mentor for one to one teaching and learning.
  • In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
