Annual Wage: £11,648
Hours: 35 hours a week
Working Week: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
General administration including answering telephone, emails, managing post, printing documents, filing, and all general office duties Input data into CRM software including new enquiries, job stages, etc Assist Senior Management Team with business development and marketing and assist all teams with business administration.
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Dealing with general email correspondence ensuring that all emails are actioned quickly and efficiently
- Answering the telephone and ensuring messages are passed on quickly and in full
- Opening and distributing mail – manage outgoing post
- Printing out drawings and documents for projects and new jobs
- Creating new folders for new jobs/projects in both hard copy and digital
- Filing both hard copy and digital
- Assisting Senior Office Administrator to book
- Building Inspections as and when required
- Updating CIS folders and sending out to sub-contractors
- Sending feedback e mail to completed jobs and ensuring feedback is followed up and reported back
- Updating client reference lists for new jobs on a weekly basis
- Using the relevant software to ensure that all customers are sent a welcome introduction letter
- Clearing out folders
- Creating CDM action plans for each job using APP software
- CRM/SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING
- Enter enquiries and customer details are on
- CRM to ensure that all customers are logged and projects are followed up and kept up to date
- Any other reasonable duties
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will achieve your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
- There will be workshops that you need to attend via Teams
- You will have a mentor for one to one teaching and learning.
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
