Admin/Customer Service Apprentice – Get Set UK

Hours: 37.5 hours a week

Working Week: Monday – Thursday 8.30am -5.00pm – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

An exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual who is looking to start their career in administration and join an award-winning organisation that provides an opportunity to work across all funding contracts. You will enjoy interacting with people over the telephone and assisting in day-to-day admin duties.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Data collection/collation
  • Data input
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Calling candidates
  • Checking eligibility
  • Completing candidate sign-ups
  • Deal with enquiries and ensure they are dealt with efficiently and in line with agreed service standards

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will achieve the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
  • There are workshops that you will need to attend via Teams/Zoom.
  • You will have a mentor for one to one teaching and learning.
  • In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
