Welcoming 15 eager graduates to our Walthamstow office.

We welcomed 15 eager graduates to our Walthamstow office in July for our first ever Graduate Recruitment Day. Our whole business is based on supporting people into roles that provide a life-long career therefore we wanted to offer that opportunity to graduates in the local community who are starting out.
Joined by senior leaders from across the business, graduates were given the opportunity to learn more about Get Set UK and our sister training & skills company, TheLightBulb.
Working individually and in teams on a series of challenges and group discussions, the graduates were given the opportunity to showcase their strengths, key traits, teamwork skills and demonstrate how they would like to present themselves in a workplace environment.
The aim of the day was to evaluate their suitability for available roles within the Get Set UK group. We were really proud to appoint six new graduates last week, each of whom are currently being onboarded into our business and kick start their new careers.
Andra Stanoiu, Head of HR, Learning and Organisational Development at Get Set UK, shared her thoughts on the day:
“As a company, we support new talent and are keen on providing employment opportunities to fresh, young, new graduates that are ready to start their careers. We were really impressed with all the graduates on the day who really demonstrated their energy, drive and determination to join our team and support our customers.”
