Get Set for creating an inclusive workplace.

Last week Amy McManus, Get Set for Work Employer Consultant attended the Big Breakfast Event at Market Field College. The event brought together employers from Essex who were interested in employing people with learning disabilities and wanted support on where to start.

There were talks on work experience and accessible apprenticeships. Amy talked about our Get Set for Work programme and how we can help businesses create a more inclusive workplace, employ people with learning disabilities and/or neurodiverse needs and support them on their journey to becoming Disability Confident employers.
