We’re proud to announce that Get Set UK has been awarded a 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲, partnering with Step2Skills at Hertfordshire County Council to support this government-funded initiative.

This programme will 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, helping them move into and stay in meaningful, paid work.

Through Connect to Work, participants will receive personalised, one-to-one support tailored to their individual needs, helping them build confidence, develop skills and take practical steps towards employment. Alongside this, we will 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and create more opportunities for people to succeed in the workplace.

By combining tailored support with strong local partnerships, this programme is designed to create long-term impact, supporting individuals to not only find work, but to thrive in it.
