It’s National Inclusion Week. This year’s theme was ‘Take Action, Make Impact’. We celebrated inclusion and discussed the transformative actions we can take to create more inclusive experiences.

Accessibility of information is a priority therefore we have taken action to enhance our digital experience for those individuals who require assistance using online channels by introducing new software on our website from Recite Me, an assistive toolbar which allows our customers to tailor their website experience to suit their needs. The user can choose from a range of tools:
Accessibility Toolbar – allows user to customise and adjust website elements to their individual needs.
Translation – quickly and easily translate our web content into over 100 languages, including 65 text to speech voices.
Styling & Customisation – change the way our website looks. Customise the colour scheme as well as the text, font style, size, colour and spacing.
Screen Reader – read aloud our digital content and website text, which can be customised to suit the viewer.
