What’s the eligibility criteria?
To join the First Steps to Management in Care Skills Bootcamp you must have the right to work in the UK and:

Lived in the UK for 3 years.

Live in London, Norfolk or
Suffolk. -

How much does the Skills Bootcamp cost?
The Skills Bootcamps are completely free, as they are funded by the Department of Education (Dfe).

Am I guaranteed a job at the end of it?
We can only guarantee a job interview.

How many days a week is the Skills Bootcamp?
The course is one day a week from 9:00am to 2:00pm for 10 consecutive weeks.

Do we have exams throughout the course?
Yes, depending on what Skills Bootcamp you are on, you will have exams to complete throughout.

Where is the location of the course?
The course is all remote and will be held over Microsoft Teams for the duration of the programme.

Are the sessions recorded?
Yes, certain parts of the sessions are recorded and are sent to you by the tutor via Microsoft Teams.

Can I leave the session halfway through if necessary?
Yes, as long as you make the tutor aware so they can send you the session overview.
