Your employees will learn how to lead and motivate a team, plan change in the workplace, understand customer service standards, performance assessment, sustainability and corporate social responsibility, health and safety in the workplace and more. The course can be delivered to individuals online or to a group of learners onsite.
This 10-week hybrid working programme can be delivered at accessible learning times to support your business needs. At the end of the programme, your employees will have an accredited ILM qualification in the Principles of Leadership and Management that will elevate their capability.
